Providence RN - Pediatric Palliative & Hospice Care Snohomish (Per Diem) in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) (Per Diem) to Providence Pedriatric Palliative and Hospice Care of Snohomish. This position will be required to cover a minimum of 5 shifts per month and support pediatric patients within Snohomish County.

In this position you will:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop Hospice plans of care in conjunction with team members, coordinate care with other disciplines and provide direct patient care.
Document nursing assessments and interventions related to symptom management and palliative care, grief and quality of life issues for patient/families receiving Hospice care.
Promote and practice patient/family, personal and environmental safety while performing job duties according to agency policies and procedures..
Display professionalism in the work environment in all areas including communication with both internal and external customers and time management skills.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current provider CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
Current Washington State Driver’s license
Proof of current Auto Insurance.
One (1) year of nursing experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1 year of experience working with the pediatric patient population
1 year of nursing experience in an acute care, home health, hospice, or ambulatory setting
