Providence Health & Services RN Clinic Supervior - Mill Creek Walk-in Clinic in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a RN Clinic Supervisor (1.0 FTE, Days) to work in two Walk-in Clinics (Mill Creek and Monroe) for Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all.
The RN Clinic Supervior is responsible for providing supervisory direction for nursing care and services in a clinic setting. They will oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursing department.
In this position you will:
Coordinate with the Clinic Manager, Medical Director and other staff to set appropriate goals for the clinic. Communicate clinic goals to employees and ensure that they have the tools and means necessary to achieve them.
Develop nursing staffing plans to support the clinical service delivery in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure nursing staff are informed of changes in operations, medical supplies, equipment, and procedures through memos, written policies, nursing meetings, etc.
Provide daily supervision to department staff according to organizational policies and procedures. Initiates counseling and disciplinary actions when warranted and according to procedures and labor contract provisions.
Participate in the screening and selection of staff according to organizational policies and procedures. Provides department orientation to newly hired employees.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Washington State RN license.
Progressively responsible as a staff nurse in a clinic setting.
Prior supervisor experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Documented experience mentoring and training teams.
