Providence Health & Services Program Manager Operative and Procedural Provider Relationships - Hospital Administration in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Program Manager Operative and Procedural Provider Relationships to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
Responsible for NWSA Procedural and Perioperative relationship development and schedule management. This includes individual provider relationships, sales and service strategies, tactics and goals, in collaboration with the business units and Institute leaders.
In this position you will:
Responsible for establishing relationships with all surgeons and proceduralists
Regular interactions and establishing ongoing communication to ensure issues are identified and addressed early
Responsible for managing all scheduling processes (not people) for surgical and procedural areas
Co leads (with MD as partner) the OR Block Committee
Assesses all surgical and procedural business opportunities
Collaborates with service line and institute teams to ensure broad input and complete business case development
Participates with OR/Procedural leadership teams in all team meetings and PI work.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare, Nursing or related field
3 years experience in relationship management within the health care sector
Demonstrated facilitation skills
Demonstrated leadership in team development and program and/or project management experience
Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
Process skills in Lean
