Providence is calling a Occupational Therapist Children and Family Services (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Health & Services in Everett, WA
Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.
In this position you will:
Identify impairments, functional limitations and disability
Identify a diagnostic label which indicates the primary dysfunction toward which the Occupational Therapist direct interventions
Coordinate with parities involved with the person served
Communicate all modes of exchange of information
Perform selected test and measurements after the initial examination as clinically indicated to evaluate progress and to modify or redirect interventions
Discharge patient from service when goals and outcomes have been achieved or discontinue patient from service
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor Degree – Occupational Therapy
Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience
Washington State OT License
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Sensory processing dysfunction experience
