Providence is calling a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (0.9 FTE, Night Shift) to work in Medical Flex at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
Under the guidance of a registered nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)provides safe and effective nursing care to an assigned group of patients in a variety of age groups.
In this position you will:
Demonstrate age specific patient care considerations for the population served.
Participate in the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary plan for patient care.
Implement nursing care based on the plan of care, as directed.
Participate in patient evaluation.
Accurately administer medications and performs IV procedures.
Document patient care given.
Delegate appropriate tasks.
Complete Annual Skill Lab for unit.
Maintain confidentiality of records or medical center information at all times.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of LPN/LVN program
Recent patient care experience
Current Washington State LPN license
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Recent experience in an acute care facility
