Providence Home Health Program Coordinator in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Home Health Program Coordinator ( Home Health, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County in Everett, Washington.
The Home Health Program Coordinator is an office-based, non-clinical position responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of the Homecare program, as well as functioning as the executive assistant to the Director of Home Health and provides administrative support to the Clinical Managers.
In this position you will:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Home Health.
Provides administrative support to Home Health management staff as available.
Serves as coordinator for home health team tasks requiring clerical/administrative support..
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED
Current Washington State Driver's license required.
Proof of auto insurance required.
One (1) year of experience in customer service, preferably in a medical or human services setting.
One (1) year of experience in administrative assistant support role.
One (1) year of experience in maintaining a database.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
