Providence Clinical Educator - Clinical Laboratory Services in Everett, Washington


Providence is calling a Clinical Educator (1.0 FTE, Days) to work in Clinical Laboratory Services at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.

Coordinates laboratory staff training, including; program development, organizing and scheduling training and assesses needs and assures documentation of training competency. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values of the Sisters of Providence.

In this position you will:

  • Assess department educational needs.

  • Organize training sessions, or self-study assessments.

  • Maintain proper documentation.

  • Coordinate and provide orientation for all new employees of the laboratory.

  • Provide feedback to management and staff regarding educational needs and trends of the dept. through QA projects and tracking.


Qualification for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related science strongly preferred.

  • Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
