Under the direction of the Patient Care Coordinator, the Clinical Clerical Assistant provides office support to team members to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery. Communicates in a professional manner with public and staff.
In this position you will:
Assist the Home Health team by performing clinical duties in the daily performance of their duties.
Assists the Home Health team with DME Management.
Assist in ensuring the admission medical record is accurate and complete in accordance with industry and agency standards.
Establishes and promotes positive working relationships both within the team, agency and organization and outside agencies, including ME companies.
Maintains a positive and professional work environment.
Required qualifications for this position include:
1 or more years of office experience (Preferably within a medical setting)
Knowledge of general office procedures and basic medical terminology
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
